Some places don’t need much explaining. You arrive and simply think: yes, this feels right. Still, we’d like to introduce ourselves properly.

We have 10 newly renovated rooms at Höfler, fresh from our 2025 makeover. Then there are 11 more rooms and two holiday apartments at Fernblick, still waiting a little for their big moment – well kept, honest and refreshingly fuss-free.

Outside, you’ll find our pool, with views over Schenna and the surrounding mountains. Heated from March to November to around 30°C – just right for staying in a little longer. Drinks? Simply help yourself from the fridge next to the pool.

For quieter moments, there’s our sauna. For the more sociable ones, our terrace and bar, named after Heini Holzer, who once called this house home. A place for good drinks and good conversations.

Food is just as uncomplicated. Honest, homemade cooking, good ingredients and a glass of wine at just the right moment.

And when the mountains start calling, Schenna is the perfect base for getting outside. Hiking, biking, or simply heading off and seeing where the day takes you. Merano is only 10 minutes away, too.
